Set of wood-fired teapot and three bowls.
Crafted from coarse stoneware with a light tree bark texture. The teapot is unglazed, showcasing the cold, moody tones of a heavy reduction firing.
 
The bowls are decorated with a white kaolin slip applied by brush. Inside, they are finished with a unique "Tea Medicine" effect. Before firing, each bowl was filled with spent tea leaves that melted into a mineral ash glaze. These bowls carry the literal minerals of tea gardens within them. Warm fire flashes on the exterior contrast with the distinct ash marks inside.
