Small gongfu teapot, woodfired with heavy reduction fire effects. Mixed stoneware, unglazed tree bark surface.  All the effects on the surface come from fire, ash, and heavy reduction atmosphere. This clay is dense and has high heat retainment. It has proven to be a good choice for various teas which ask for high-temperature brewing. Simplicity in action.
