Woodfired shiboridashi set in my "Gray Monk" combination, sandy stoneware with natural transparent glazing. Bowl is made of darker, iron-rich clay and so more earthy colors appear. Simple and practical tool for daily tea drinking. Easy to clean and easy-use piece of teaware, I like to use these for enjoying my tea while working or when testing new samples as it allows me to see and touch the leaves and is easy to switch between different teas.
