Mid-sized wood-fired side-handle teapot. This pot is made from a coarse, sandy stoneware, left unglazed to preserve the raw, tactile grit of the clay body. The wood-firing process has drawn out warm, atmospheric tones, resulting in a surface that reflects the direct path of the flame and ash. The unglazed finish allows the teapot to develop a unique patina over time, deepening its connection to the tea it brews.
