Woodfired chawan, matcha bowl. Unglazed outside  with mat, natural, earthy green glazing inside. Stoneware clay body with dark fire marks. Face of the bowl has white slip pain. To make the chawan pleasant to hold, the surface was smooth out by fine sand paper, now feels like a acient river stone.
